CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If your order has not been shipped, you can contact us to request changes to your order details and/or to cancel your order for a full refund.
If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel, change or edit your order and shipping information.
** Billing information cannot be changed after your order has been placed.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. Security of personal information is taken very seriously and we would like to assure you that your details are safe with us.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You do not need to create an account to be able to place an order; you can shop and checkout as a guest. However, we would advise you to create an account with us so that you can benefit from the following features:
Faster shopping – quickly proceed through the checkout as we will have all the details relating to the delivery of your order.
Track your order status – log in to your account to check if your goods have been dispatched.
View your order history – check what item/size you previously purchased via your United Nude account.
Sign up to receive email updates – be the first to hear about special offers and new products with our email updates.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER?
If you have a United Nude account, check your Order history on your account page here. If you do have an order number, please ensure your email address is correctly entered and check your spam/junk folder in your inbox. If no recent order is listed, your order was not processed.

HOW DO E-GIFT CARDS WORK?
United Nude gift cards are only redeemable for merchandise available on unitednude.com and at select United Nude store locations. Gift cards do not expire and are valid until redeemed. Gift cards are final sale; they cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit, nor replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards must be presented at time of service.
Returning an item purchased with a gift card? If the entire order is paid with a gift card, the refund will be processed back onto the original payment gift card. For payments combined with gift card balances, the gift card balance will be refunded back to your gift card first, and then the outstanding credit will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
e-Gift Card orders will be automatically fulfilled once the order has been placed. An order confirmation message and a digital copy of the gift card with its unique voucher code will be electronically delivered to the email address entered for the order. e-Gift Cards can be purchased for yourself or for a friend. To send an e-Gift Card to a friend, you can share the link from the email or enter their email address at checkout. e-Gift Card codes must be applied at the time of purchase to be redeemed.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY UNITED NUDE ACCOUNT DETAILS?
You can update your personal account details by logging into your United Nude account.

I FORGOT MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you are unable to remember the password for your United Nude account, click on the sign in button in the top left hand corner of the page and select 'Forgot password?' to fill out a password request form. Simply insert the email address you used to register your account, and a new password will be sent to you via email. Once you have logged in with the password we have provided you can reset your password to the password of your choice.
