- Orders are processed at our facilities Monday through Friday. We aim to process orders 1-2 business days after the original purchase date. Orders placed on Friday 12 PM PST or on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
- We ship with UPS or USPS. Once your order has been dispatched from our facilities, you will receive an email notification along with the tracking link you can use to track your package.
- Orders should be delivered to you between 5-7 business days after the dispatch date.
- During sale periods, we have increased order volumes and there may be small delays in the usual order processing times.
- Delivery days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. Delivery times are estimates only.
- Delivery to certain regions like Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada may take up to two weeks to deliver based on factors outside of our control.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped. Orders cannot be edited once shipped.
- Pre-ordered items will ship once the product is in stock. Estimated shipping dates can be found on the product page.
- Orders containing Limited Edition products, accessories, and order values over $600 will be sent with Signature Required.
If you need to make changes or update an existing open order, or if you have not received your goods within 10 days of purchase, please contact us.
We will gladly accept unworn merchandise within 30 days of receiving your original order.
We offer exchanges and full refunds to store credit. Refunds to original form of payment will incur a $10.00 USD restocking fee.
All returns must be authorized to be returned.
All goods must be returned at the customer’s expense.
Orders cannot be edited or cancelled after they have been fulfilled and shipped.
Final Sale items are nonrefundable and may not be returned.
