The Terms and Conditions outlined below apply to all purchases made from the United Nude (New Alaguna Inc.) website: www.unitednude.com

It is important that all customers thoroughly read the Terms and Conditions set by United Nude before purchasing any goods. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to the correspondence outlined within the United Nude Terms and Conditions.

United Nude reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes made will be effective once published on the website.

We will do our best to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and correct at all times. We aim to resolve any errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible. If for any reason you believe that you have been affected by any error please contact us at customerservice@unitednude.com, please note that this does not admit liability on the behalf of United Nude.


Shopping at unitednude.com

Once you have selected an item of your choice, add it to your basket. You will then be directed to the checkout point where you can see an overview of your basket. When you are happy with your choice you can proceed to the checkout. 

You do not need to create an account to be able to place an order, you can checkout as a guest. However, we would advise you to create an account with us so that you can benefit from the following features: 

Faster shopping – Quickly proceed through the check out as we will have all the details relating to the delivery of your order (with the exception of your card details which you will have to enter each time you order).

Track your order status – Log-in to your account to check if your goods have been dispatched.

View your order history – Check what item/size you previously purchased via your Unitednude.com account.

Sign-up to email updates – Be the first to hear about special offers and new products with our email updates.

You can create an account at any time. Simply select the “My Account” at the top of the screen and follow the process, completing the information as requested. It is your responsibility to ensure that your login details and all other personal information in relation to your account remains confidential at all times.

In order to complete your order you will need to select your payment method and shipping address.

Payment for goods is to be made in full and to be processed by PayPal, credit or debit card.

We do not accept cash or cheque payments for online orders.

Should your credit or debit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.

As soon as we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation which will be sent to the email address provided. If you have an account with us you can also check the "Order history" on your United Nude account. If you do have an order number please check that your email address is correct as well as checking your spam/junk mail box. If, however, there is no recent order listed it means the process has been unsuccessful.

Before an order can be accepted we must receive the payment for the goods in full, Once your payment has been accepted and we have checked the availability of the stock you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided. At this point we have agreed to a contract with you.

The colours shown on our website may vary depending on a range of factors including your computer screen and display settings.

Sizes and measurements are an approximation only.

All goods are subject to availability which means we may not be able to supply your order until we have checked our stocks

United Nude reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed that is deemed suspicious or fraudulent. 

Delivery timings are estimates only



We aim to process all orders as soon as possible and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of purchase. Orders should be received within 4-8 working days however, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this. If you have not received your goods within 10 days of purchase please contact us and we can investigate further for you.

We currently send our goods via UPS. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from UPS alongside a tracking number which can be used should you wish to trace your order.

We can only deliver to the address provided at the checkout. If an error has been made, please contact us at customerservice@unitednude.com, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address. Once the item has left our warehouse, customers will need to speak with UPS directly. Please note that we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.

If you are unavailable during the time that UPS attempt to deliver your goods, a new delivery attempt will be made the following day. You can also contact UPS directly and schedule a specific collection time or even change the address.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. if you are ordering outside the EU and US import duties / taxes and additional shipping cost might be charged, please check with your local tax authorities for more information.


Undeliverable and Returned Packages

If UPS is unable to deliver the package after a second delivery attempt and/or if the package is not collected from a UPS Access Point within 7 days and is returned to sender, United Nude is not responsible for the re-shipping fees and/or return to sender fees. The customer is responsible for the fees associated with re-shipping the merchandise and/or failed delivery costs.


Lost or stolen packages

United Nude is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us at customerservice@unitednude.com should you think your package has been lost or stolen. We will file a UPS investigation on your behalf. Please note we are unable to further advise until UPS completes the full investigation.


Returning Goods

If you are unhappy with your item(s) we are more than happy to offer you a refund providing that our returns policy is adhered to:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.
• Returned items must be unworn and returned in their original and unused condition
• Shoes must be tried on indoors.
• Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
• You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to United Nude. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
• Any returns received with courier/postal labels stuck directly on them will result in a $10 restocking fee.
• We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy; this does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return any unwanted goods please complete the returns form provided with your order. If you need a new form please contact us at customerservice@unitednude.com

Exchange? Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to purchase a new item please return your unwanted goods to us for a refund and place a new order online at www.unitednude.com

Price Adjustment or Price Matching? Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments, price matching, or promotion adjustments.

Faulty Goods

We provide a 6-month warranty on all of our products against manufacturing faults. If there is a problem with the goods please contact us at customerservice@unitednude.com to discuss the matter further.

No claim for faulty goods can be made if any of the following applies: damage caused deliberately or negligence, improper use or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear, damage caused by not following the cleaning/care instructions.

Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
