Our first customizable shoe

United Nude's first customizable shoe, Vector, features a futuristic 3D printed wedge heel inspired by architectural forms - slim intersecting planes build upwards, like the supportive beams of a building, to create a stimulating, artistic visual experience and an unconventional heel form that is both gravity defying yet structurally sound.

The Vector explores a new world of aesthetics in footwear offered by the free form sculpting of digital design - it is designed from the principle of creating rigidity and lightness, by creating a forest of as-if randomly positioned, oriented and angled slabs, forming a rigid structure that can only be made through 3D printing. The platform high heel is elevated by a 3D printed wedge made of a selective laser resin called T70 that is known for its machine-grade accuracy, durability, and improved dimensional stability.

The Vector recalls United Nude's history of creating high-rise heels inspired by geometry and architecture, as well as 3D printed footwear.
