Processing Times
All orders will be fulfilled within our standard processing times of 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day. Business days and delivery days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and observed holidays. For example, orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM PST and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday, and orders placed on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Tracking information will be updated online 1 business day after your order has been shipped. Please note: Transit times are estimates only. Transit times are subject to change during peak seasons and/or industry disruptions.
During peak shopping periods, our processing times may exceed an additional 3 to 4 business days. If we are experiencing an unexpected delay in fulfilling your order, we will notify you promptly.
Changing your order after it's been shipped
We can only deliver to the address provided at the checkout. If an error has been made, please contact us here. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address. Once the item has left our warehouse, customers will need to speak with their package's carrier directly.
Orders cannot be edited after they have been shipped. Shipping and package protection fees are non-refundable once shipped.
Custom and/or Made-To-Order products
The production of personalized and/or made-to-order items require 8-10 weeks to be completed and shipped. Upon completion, your order will be marked as fulfilled and we will provide you with tracking information via email. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your order, as shipping times may vary depending on your shipping destination. Please note that the estimated delivery date is subject to change. Specific details can be found on the relevant product page.
Our shipping policy is subject to our Terms & Conditions and may change at any time.
You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. At this point, the goods become your responsibility and United Nude no longer has any responsibility for taking care of the goods from that point.

Signature Required
To ensure secure delivery, a Signature Required service is applied to: Orders $600 and up will ship with complimentary signature required to protect your high value shipment. For orders under $600 USD, signature required can be added to your order for an additional fee of $5 USD. We ship orders with Signature Required to ensure a safe delivery for:
- Orders of high value ($600 USD and up), multiple-item orders, and limited edition goods
- Shipments to apartments, building complexes, freight forwarding services, and unique addresses
When Signature Required is applied at our discretion, it is complimentary, and you will not be charged additional fees. You will be emailed tracking information that will indicate if your package requires a signature. If there isn't any information in the email that indicates a signature is required, please check your UPS or USPS tracking page.
If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the package may be redelivered to the ship-to address on the following business day or returned to a UPS or USPS access point. The number of delivery attempts may vary.

If you are unavailable, a second delivery attempt will be made the following business day. You may contact the carrier directly to schedule a specific collection time or request an address change. Packages not collected from a pick-up point within the allotted timeframe (e.g., 7 days for UPS) will be returned to the sender. We can re-ship returned orders once they arrive back at our facility; however, the customer is responsible for all associated re-shipping fees.
Package Protection
We offer package protection powered by InsureShield® shipping insurance through UPS Capital Insurance Agency, Inc. to provide full peace of mind. This coverage gives your order instant protection against loss, damage or porch-pirated theft for all UPS, USPS, and DHL shipments.
By opting in for package protection you agree to InsureShield®'s Terms and Conditions and that you are located in the U.S.
How It Works
Add InsureShield to your order: Package protection is FREE for all orders $600 USD and up. For orders under $600 USD, protection is optional at $0.90 USD per $100 USD spent. Select the InsureShield® option in your cart before proceeding to checkout. The cost will be automatically calculated and added to your checkout for your review. Please note that insurance fees are not refundable.
Our Guarantee: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, our team will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit—no questions asked—provided your claim meets the criteria below.

Coverage Exclusions
Our shipping protection program does not cover the following:
- Incorrect Information: Packages with incorrect addresses, names, emails, or phone numbers provided at checkout.
- Customs & Returns: Any delays caused by customs or packages returned to sender due to delivery issues.
- Missing Items: Packages arriving with missing items where there is no evidence of tampering (for quality issues, please contact support).
- Communication Delays: Claims where the customer fails to respond to our team's requests for information (e.g., photos or notarized statements) within 7 days.
- Out of Stock: If a protected item is out of stock during a claim, we will issue a full refund for that item.
Quality Control vs. Shipping Damage
Visible damage caused by transit (crushed boxes, water damage, or tampered packaging) is covered. Internal manufacturing defects (broken zippers, missing buttons, etc.) are handled by our customer service team. For quality issues, please email customerservice@unitednude.com

However, the estimated transit time for all orders shipping to Canada may change due to factors outside of our control, like shipping destination and changes to regional regulations. New Customs Requirements: Effective October 16, 2024, the Mexican government requires customer tax IDs (RFC or CURP) for all DDP shipments to clear customs. An RFC is a 13-character tax ID, and a CURP is an 18-character personal ID; only one is required, and it must be entered without spaces or separators at checkout after your shipping details.
Shipments missing this information will not be delivered until the necessary details are provided, resulting in significant delays or failed delivery. We will notify you within 1 to 2 days if any of your parcels are impacted and provide specific next steps needed to clear them.

Items for sale by KHOLA are only eligible for exchange within 7 days of the order being delivered if you received a defective or incorrect product, and if the correct item is in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be refunded back to your original form of payment. Otherwise, all orders are final sale.
